Introduction: My intention is to create a definitive catalogue of all the changes made to the Sailor Moon manga when it was re-released in 2003 and 2004. It is my goal for these records to be incredibly thorough, to the point of people wondering why I even wrote something down an alteration was so miniscule.  Most changes that were made were not major, and can be missed unless searching for them. There are, however, quite obvious changes as well.
